10/04/10 - NHYes Action Day in Guisborough

 

Paul Bristow and the South Tees Conservatives supported the Conservative National General Election Campaign which focussed on healthcare with a stall on Westgate, Guisborough.

Our commitment is to create a world class NHS.  The Conservatives have pledged to increase spending on the NHS each year. We will stop the top down micro managing of the NHS by politicians and leave it to the healthcare professionals.
 
The response was very good, even with people who usually vote Labour, and our plans to protect and improve the NHS, fund new cancer medicines and focus on health outcome met with approval.
 
We are the party of the NHS today because we not only back the values of the NHS, we back its funding and we have a vision for its future.
