This is a big job. We deserve to have serious candidates, who explain what they intend to achieve and how.
I have been setting out my policies since November, letting people know that I will:
- DUAL our major A-Roads
- CONNECT with faster trains
- BUILD light rail in Cambridge
- END the war on motorists
- DELIVER the Fens reservoir
- STOP increasing our tax
- MAKE the Mayor matter
My manifesto explains how I’ll get them to happen, while covering the full scope of what the Mayor does or will be able to do. They are all things that will, I hope, make people’s day-to-day lives a bit easier.
Change needs a plan and I’ve got one. Let’s get Cambridgeshire and Peterborough moving.
