We need to clean up our city. Paul has a zero-tolerance attitude to flytipping, graffiti and litter. He has reported dumped waste across Peterborough. Residents shouldn't have to live with these ongoing problems.
A new approach is needed, building on the stricter fines from the Council's enforcement team. We need more CCTV, more licensing and more bulky waste collections for households.
