Paul stands up for Eye residents on over-development

Peterborough Conservative Parliamentary Candidate Paul Bristow has written to the Council objecting to a 300 home development in Eye, branding it "overdevelopment of the site, which prevents sufficient open space from being incorporated and would have a significant impact on the village."

Stand with Kashmir

The decision by the Indian Government to revoke Article 370 of the Indian constitution, which allows Muslim-majority Jammu and Kashmir limited autonomy, can only be seen as a retrograde step.

Tackling fly-tipping in our city

We need stronger action on fly-tipping that blights parts of our city, like on Norwoord Lane. My plan for Peterborough will see stricter fines, more enforcement and new CCTV to catch fly-tippers and make sure offenders don’t get away with making our city a dumping ground.

Delivering the homes local people need

By working with developers we can make sure that any new housing that is built works for our community. Homes need to be built in sites where there are schools, GP surgeries, public transport and the right roads in place.
